Otterson & Associates, Inc. was formed in early 2001 and was unincorporated on December 11, 2006. We provided consulting traffic engineering, transportation planning and civil engineering in California to a wide range of clients, including municipalities, contractors, developers, attorneys and other consulting engineers. We enjoyed providing professional services to our clients and are happy to provide additional information about projects performed for those clients to those clients if the need arises. Jim Otterson is now fully retired and traveling around Australia in a caravan.
